Hello,
At the onset to give you a small brief about my company please note: Piramal Healthcare Ltd, Mumbai, is one of the top 50 admired companies in India and turnover wise amongst the Fortune 500 companies in the globe. We have a number of power brands in the Indian OTC Market under our Consumer Products division like Lactocalamine, I Pill, Saridon, Supractiv Complete, Triactiv , Polycrol , Tetmosol etc to name a few. All these are well advertised both in Television and Print Media in India and have a very strong brand recall amongst the Indian Consumers.
Therefore with this legacy, Piramal Healthcare now plans to enter the core FMCG market in India and then export those products in the global market. All products launched would have an USP and something unique about it either in ...composition or design or brand positioning etc.
For the same while we plan to launch and start distribution and marketing activity in India, Parallelly we have decided to open up a dialogue with a few select partners with whom we see a potential of forming an association in days to come to market the brand in other countries. That probably could be a WIN WIN situation for both the concerns.
Please note that the first product that we plan to launch is going to be an innovative product in the personal care category for Children in the age group of 5-10 Years. It is generically a Children's Perfume however with a huge product differentiation in terms of design and brand positioning.
Hence the essence of writing this note would now be to explore the opportunity in launching this brand in African region through proper distribution channel and retail stores. We would like to hear from you of your interest on this brand.
